1. Image document creation (scanning)

Image system scans the existing paper documents by using various scanning devices, then record those digitalized files to image system.

 2. Image quality control

After scanning, it provides advanced functions such as bright/contrast, inclination, reduce noise, remove frame and etc for optimizing image data creation.

 3. Image document indexing

Indexing function for image document, first, identifies the type of application form and the existence of an attached document. Depending on the type of the application, then, recognizes its application number, filled additional information or absence of required input field.

4. Extract OCR/ICR by using recognition technology

Image document recognition concerns the first scanned image files through scan software and ensures faster, precise information extraction from various insurance relative document and annexed document. Also, it provides the verification function for image information recognition and the correction function when recognition result image is damaged.

5. Fixed form recognition

When scanning, all main documents and attached document are sorted together for scan at first. Then, the image recognized as the main document will be set as the reference point, and the rest of document will be recognized as attached document until the next reference point changes. When the recognition process of main document or attached document was done wrong while the sorting process, it is possible to change manually the location of the attached document or re-scan the omitted attached document later on.

6. Data server delivery

Depending on business environment and network status, it is possible to deliver either immediately or by a schedule to the server, and eliminates the omission of file during the delivery by providing delivery result data report.

7. Support search/index and print out under various condition

Both image and content are stored and managed together through the recognition and manual inputting processes. These items are stored systematically into DB, then can be printed out and searched under various search conditions such as citizen number, name, phone number and etc.
