Classification system between multiple servers, copy and share the document¡¯s information.

* Main features

1. Document Inbox Management

Document Inbox Management function corresponds to the applicable rule or policy of organization: to create document inbox (directory) layers depending on the document management system of 4 structures (per division, work, document types and person) and to manage the definition, inquiry and correction of the document inbox¡¯s information.

2. Check-in/Check-out document
The authorized user can edit the registered document, and not only its content, but as well its attached document. To ensure integrity, it supports the Check-out/Check-in functions and, when checking out the document for its content editing, it supports the document lock function and the selective copy function. The user can also monitors on screen the checked-out status of certain document.
 

3. Search
The user can search the wanted document that is saved in the EDMS via different search methods and can rapidly get the document information, in result, it increases the work efficiency.

General attribute : resource name, title, document type, creation date, creator

4. Life-Cycle management
The document stored in folder of EDM system exists until its expiration date. These expired documents are automatically or manually transferred to the trash by its user or system operator. Documents transferred in trash can either be restored or permanently removed from system.
