Because of IDS2 does not require separate DBMS, additional cost will not occur, and can be simply installed and run if J2SDK is installed on the system. Also supports Web service which is in standard data transfer format, can deploy outputs from each system to service server faster and efficiently by interconnecting with systems: CMS, CRM, SMS and etc. In addition, the remote server deploy and setting flexible deploy process are possible because same file system can be registered multiply which enables the independent management for its purpose. It also can be connected with outer solutions such as CVS or WevDav by using ‘Exclude pattern’ function for setting efficient work structure.

‘Compressed deploy’ made deploy process faster and more efficient, also can be deployed to multiple servers simultaneously. Also it attributes exclude function to the file to be deployed by selecting the deployable files, so it reduces unwanted deploy files, separates UI and deploy engine to prevent bottleneck and overload, and enhances deploy system's performance in overall.

Ensure integrity during content deploy

The status of site before site editing can be saved as Snapshot, this function allows user to go back to previous status when any problem has occurred during deploy process. Deploying to multiple locations is done by single transaction like "Two-phase Commit" of DBMS for ensuring integrity between multiple service object servers. When deploy to one object server has failed, then canceling all of deploy process and rollback to previous status is possible.

Secure content deploy

It controls the unauthorized jobs by assigning various authorities setting toward the deploy job, and protects system from unauthorized malevolent access attempts by assigning acceptable IP. Also IDS2 supports 4 levels of encrypted deploy to service server in order to safely deploy files to the service servers that are out of firewall.

I-ON Deploy Server 2 product provides web browser based on UI, so any user can easily access to deploy server any time, any location and region. Also it supports an interface with various advanced functions for complex and delicate deploy job. A combination of deploy options enables the prevention of unwanted files and deploys only the requested deploy files. Registering deployable files to system of remote location enables functions such as preview, scheduling and monitoring.
