We
would like to inform you that when you install the Active X control of MS
Internet Explorer, there will be a change of your operating system environment.
1.
Changes
Within
the webpage, the loaded file of Active X, Java Applet and multimedia by ¡®object',
'applet' or 'embed' tags can not interact with the embedded object until the
user clicks on it and activate it.
2.
Background
The
problem of Internet Explorer browser¡¯s Active X is linked to the fact that MS
had to modify the application way of Active X control when the technology
patent holding US
company, Eolas, Patent licensee, won the litigation after Microsoft in the
august, 2005.
3.
Prospective problems
Now,
until the user activates the web application of Active X by clicking on it, the
normal execution is impossible and sometime, the activation itself does not
work.
4.
Problem solving methods
Based
on the Active X code change that is recommended by Microsoft, Various
developers can modify its current web application¡¯ internal code for normal run
of web browser¡¯s ActiveX control.
