PCA Life

After introducing the IECS for Image System, PCA Life experienced a decreased work time in processing application forms and decreased loss or damages of application forms. The staffs were able to search with many conditions functions and print out the wanted content.

PCA Life decided to use the IECS for image system because they had difficulty in managing enormous number of application forms in the physical storage site and, as well as, in searching the record of document. In short period, this system allowed the convenience of forms management and, in longer period, it digitalized all the enterprise documents for better storage and access. Also, the system enables the various functions of search, view and print out by user¡¯s setting conditions and, most of all, the time reduction for document search was remarkable. We are expecting the production efficiency and the reduction of costs related to storage of documents, office supplies and salary.
